DISPUTES
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the e-mail address provided to WriteMyPersonalAd.com is available to receive the ad/revision(s) as requested by the purchaser.
When purchasing through this website you, the purchaser, are agreeing to this responsibility and understand you do not have a dispute pertaining to the receipt of the requested item unless it had never been delivered due to lack of attempts to deliver.
We will make up to three (3) attempts to deliver the item requested and document each attempt for proper records. Please confirm the e-mail containing your ad/revision does not get deleted or dismissed via “spam,” “junk,” or “bulk” mail. Please submit all inquiries and/or disputes in writing to us via e-mail at admin@writemypersonalad.com for proper review and response.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of this product and service, refunds are not provided. The Forms have been designed and customized to assist WriteMyPersonalAd.com with the process of providing the custom service of writing the personal ad/revision(s). All Forms must be completed with date and signature where required in order to be accepted and processed. There are no guarantees pertaining to the actual submittal or non-submittal of the completed Forms by the purchaser or the use or non-use of the ad/revision(s) provided.
